Layover in Cains

The next morning we boarded the tinny little plane and headed back to Cains. We checked out the town after checking in to the Colonel Club. This was a great hotel and it was where we would gather for our Mike Ball dive expedition in the morning. For diner I had the Aussie sampler, Crocodile, Kangaroo, Emu, and Barramundi. The short version, I found the Crocodile rubbery, the Kangaroo greasy, the Barramundi tasteless, the Emu gritty, and the beer just right.
