Sydney's Harbour Bridge

The next morning we got up and headed to the Harbor Bridge where they allow you to take a tour of it as well as climb up it.

We had to remove all loose items, camera, wallets, etc, put on a special suit and harness and then have a quick training exercise (We were allowed to take our sunnies (Australian for sun glasses)). It was a great view (you would have loved it Mom!). We also found out that Paul Hogan (Crocodile Dundee) used to be a rigger on the bridge before he became famous.

After the bridge I spotted my first Crocodile, it was served to me on rice with a spicy sauce and quite tasty.

We then took the monorail down to Darling Harbor. It's a cool way to get around because unlike the Seattle monorail the on in Sydney actually goes places.

We again kicked back and continued our Australian beer tour and hear a few local bands. We heard quite a few on the trip and they all seemed to play American music.

I found Sydney quite clean and very friendly. We went back to the hotel and got ready to leave for Dunk Island in the morning.
